PSP Golf Sponsors ‘Golf To End Cancer’ Celebrity-Am Golf Outing
Every golfer to receive PSP Golf’s ‘The Little One’ game improvement club as a premium tee gift
MALIBU, CA (October 29, 2013) — Golf To End Cancer is happy to announce sponsorship of its’ 3rd Annual Celebrity Am Golf Outing by PSP Golf (Pure Solid Perfect). Every golfer participating in the event, celebrities and amateurs alike, will receive a complimentary PSP “The Little One” #7, the #1 game improvement club used on the Tour. The product is endorsed by professional golf coach Sean Foley, who coaches some of the top players in the world. “The Little One is a revolutionary training club that will improve your ball striking, increase your distance and accuracy as well as improve your consistency,” said Foley. More than 100 of the best players in the world have been seen on the range or around the green warming up with The Little One before they play.
The Golf To End Cancer Celebrity Am Golf Outing will be held at the Malibu Golf Club in Malibu, CA December 9, 2013. The event will benefit the “Marathon of Miracles” nonprofit and the “YES!, Beat Liver Tumors” nonprofit. These two strategically partnered nonprofits are sharing responsibilities and net proceeds equally. YES focuses on medical education, advocacy and connections to medical support, while MOM focuses on wellness and cancer prevention education and benevolence. Together, the two groups cover many of the bases of concern for families affected by cancer and help to bridge the gaps between several different sectors of cancer care.
This celebrity-am golf outing will feature Hollywood actors, professional athletes and other celebrities golfing with VIP’s and cancer survivors. Actors Jim Turner and Tucker Smallwood, former MLB star Michael Young and musicians Marcus Johnson and Drew Davidsen are some of the celebrities scheduled to participate in the event hosted by writer, producer, TV host and G2EC Co-Founder A.J. Ali and his wife Jane, a cancer survivor and wellness advocate. Golf spots are $250 pp or $900 for a foursome. Includes golf, cart, gift bag, lunch and dinner. A celebrity will join each foursome so there will be five people in each group.
“We are really excited about the support from PSP Golf. President & CEO Dan Bonomo is a friend and supporter of our mission, and I love the product, which has helped my game immensely,” said Ali.
“Everyone here at PSP Golf is very honored to be a part of this great cause and we all look forward to working and helping Golf To End Cancer as one of the sponsors,” said Bonomo. “We know everyone will enjoy the PSP/TLO that has proven to be one of the best tools available to improve ball striking, confidence and consistency.”
Non-golfers are also welcome to participate by coming to the Miracle Worker Awards Wine Dinner & Auction that evening. Visit www.golftoendcancer.org/2013malibuevent for details and to register as a participant.
